Hi Jane, I wanted to thank you again for helping us get through the process of putting together the right kind of day for our Mum. You made such a huge difference and guided us so well in creating the kind of atmosphere we wanted - Mum had specifically said she wanted it to be a day of celebration and stories. You managed to weave together all the different things we'd all spoken to you about, and you told Mum's story perfectly. In the weeks since the funeral, so many people have said to us that they've not been to a funeral like it and that it was a really lovely day, as much as it could be.

The first time I spoke to Jane I knew she was a very professional person and I had confidence in her
to lead me through the preparation of my Mum’s service. She listened to me, waited for my tears to
go, supported, and guided me in the weeks and days ahead.

Jane understood how I felt, I found her understanding and asking relevant questions about my Mum’s life from her early childhood to her twilight years. I could trust her to tell the life of a 100 year-old lady, Violet Collins, who lived an incredibly happy and lively life.

Jane's approach is holistic with the client's and their family's well-being, central to all she does. That she is highly professional, experienced and efficient goes without saying. What makes Jane a special celebrant is her vibrant character, depth of compassion and the full and committed support she provides throughout the process.

During meetings she guided and helped everyone individually and as a family through what was for us a devastating and difficult time. The service she delivered was unique and beautiful. We couldn't have hoped for a more perfect celebration of the life of our lost loved one. As a large family, we're hopeful of having the opportunity to book Jane for a happier occasion such as a wedding and naming ceremony. Despite our event being the saddest of times, Jane ensured it also sparked joy, gratitude and humour which was everything we needed it to be.

We couldn't recommend Jane highly enough. Our experience was five stars on all points. However, in our opinion .... Five Stars are not enough.
